Life is defined as the presence of energy in its many intricate and brilliantly complex forms. I am just a traveler here, carving out and exploring the many beautiful ways in which to live my life to its fullest.

Our very foundation of what we understand as ‘reality’ is being tested, prodded, and challenged. This is nothing new of course, but it does feel that now, more than ever, it is imperative for each of us to build a life on solid ground and to live optimally and aligned in the core of our Central Truth. We do this by remaining grounded, centered, and clear.

I am working toward finding my own understanding of what is unfolding between the chaos of the power struggles, especially in the current political climate of the United States. We’re lost at sea right now, working across winds and currents we’ve not yet learned how to navigate with high hearts. Humanity across the world is certainly struggling to find balance and, while I feel deeply confident the breaking down of these old systems is most necessary, this epic process can be painful.

Despite the pain, we are tasked with remaining vigilant and focused. My hope is that you are able to chart your own course during this rebirth with as much ease and joy as possible. To assist you on the journey, please let me share with you a collection of powerful techniques, along with a general list of what I feel to be most helpful for my own soul during stressful times (whether they be large-scale storms or personal microbursts).

Here is a list of what I personally find most helpful during times of stress and overwhelm:

  • Deep rest and solitude in quiet spaces, free from technology
  • Nourishing my body with clean food and water
  • Energy Medicine exercises
  • Body movement/stretching
  • Rhythmic integration
  • Intentional breath work and meditation
  • Shamanic journeying and prayerwork
  • Journaling, photography, artwork, knitting, and reading
  • Spending time in nature moving my body
  • Sharing cherished moments and conversations with loved ones

It is an absolute delight to witness and work with powerful gateways into lasting healing and meaningful connection. Once these gateways are opened, we can learn to recognize and work with our most subtle aspects.
