Beltane
/Good morning, friends! We are celebrating Beltane today, the traditional Celtic holiday honoring the planting of the crops and blessing the fires within. In the Northern Hemisphere, we embrace the strength and vitality of both the land and the soul as they fully awaken post-winter. We are at a mid-point directly between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice, and wow, the energies of the land here in Western NY are absolutely RADIATING this morning!
I have lit a candle today in honor of those spring fires and the plan is to get some office work done early, then head outside to hike and take in the amazing fresh air in the woods and fields!
What are your plans for this spring day? If you can, take a few minutes outside. Remove your shoes and socks and invite your feet to connect directly with the earth. This is, by far, one of the most wonderful things you can do for yourself. Curious to know why? Join us for one of our upcoming gatherings!
