Energies of the Heart

Friday morning musings...

The energies of the heart are so sweet and delicate, yet mighty and resilient. I'm reflecting today on events that transpired one year ago today, when I received a call from my dad who was panicked and absolutely beside himself. He had discovered that my mom, his wife of close to 60 years, had passed away in her sleep.

While this past year has centered around monumental shifts in realities for our family since that morning, I can honestly say the Energy Medicine tools we utilize during private clinical session work and the easy-to-learn tools we teach in our workshops have been constant companions for me this year...to help hold me up through some of my most challenging moments and to bring profound healing to our hearts.

We're all moving in directions now that I never would have thought possible...good and powerful directions. So very blessed in so very many ways!
