My daughter shared this with me years ago in a text... she might have been 12 or 13 at the time? It's one of my favorite images ever.

Life is evolutionary, isn't it? When we allow ourselves to be in the Flow, we can embrace the upheavals and transitions with more grace, clarity, and wisdom.

The transition I was going through at that stage of my life was profound. And, while Emily is tapped in and was keen to understand some of my own upheavals then, what I appreciated most is that she was sharing this from her own perspective. It resonated with her first, then thought it would resonate with me.
